    JSP Club Rules

    Terms & Conditions
    • MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
      • All members are required to complete the online digital form with valid and accurate information, including proper ID proof.
    • NO FEES
      • There is no joining fee or annual membership fee for the club. 
    • CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
      • Members will receive a digital registration confirmation via email after successful verification of their submitted information.
    • MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
      • Registered members can enjoy discounts on salons, circuits, competitions, and exhibitions provided by the club.
      • Members must include the club name “JSP” in salon registration forms to avail these benefits.
    • COMMUNICATION
      • Members are required to follow and stay updated through the WhatsApp groups maintained by the JSP Club. 
    • BEHAVIOUR AND DECORUM
      • Members must treat fellow members with respect and decency.
      • Any misconduct will be addressed by the club president, who will take necessary actions if required.
    • DISCUSSIONS AND CONDUCT
      • Photography-related discussions are encouraged, but arrogant or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
    • POSTING GUIDELINES
      • Posting unrelated content, such as social posters or non-photography-related material, is strictly prohibited in the JSP WhatsApp group.
    • LEAVING THE CLUB
      • Members may leave the JSP Club for any reason but must provide proper notification via email.
    • CROSS-MEMBERSHIP
      • Members from other photography clubs are welcome to join JSP after obtaining approval from the chairman.
    • RULE UPDATES
      • Club rules are subject to change. Members will be notified of any updates through the WhatsApp group and are expected to stay informed.
